Do to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final, and there are no exchanges or refunds. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Policies
Wall Art Shipping
All purchases of wall art include the cost of shipping. Art will be shipped to the address provided from our art printer. For questions regarding wall art, please email ericamariecoleman@gmail.com.
Semen/Embryo/AI Shipping
Please understand that your purchase through the Coleman Angus e-commerce store is for the price of the semen/embryo/certificate only. It does not include shipping or freight charges required to get the items to your ranch.
Once your payment is processed, the semen will be released in approximately 5 business days. We will release the semen in your name at the respective semen centers. We will then contact you with what semen storage facility the semen is stored at. Depending on the bull and partners, we use World West Sire Services.
We will do our best to get the order released in the time that you specify in your order, but we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery.
If you need the semen on an expedited timeline, please order direct from www.worldwestsire.com.
Coleman Angus will contact you with a confirmation of the semen release at the respective semen center and provide you with the semen center contact information. At that time, you will need to contact the semen center and make shipping arrangements.
If you already have a semen storage account at the facility, the semen can go into your account at that time.
If you need to ship the semen:
- Contact the semen center and provide a physical shipping address and date you need the semen to arrive by.
- You are responsible for any shipping costs charged by the semen center.
- If your order is an international order, we are happy to recommend reputable international shipping firms.
